Partner & family
Partner & Family visas for the Czech Republic
Two different routes bring a family together in the Czech Republic, and which one applies depends on the nationality of the person already here. We confirm which is yours, build the evidence file, and prepare you for the questions that get asked.
- Embassy and MOI routes
- Evidence file built for you
- Interview preparation
Which family route is yours?
Family reunification
Partner or family of a Czech or non-EU resident
For spouses, registered partners, dependent children, and eligible relatives joining someone with Czech citizenship or long-term residence.
- Eligibility + timing strategy (embassy vs MOI)
- Relationship & dependency evidence pack
- Housing + financial proof coaching
EU family member's residence permit
Temporary residence permit for an EU citizen's family member
For non-EU family members of an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen living in the Czech Republic. Filed inside CZ with the Ministry of Interior.
- Confirm EU-family eligibility + document fit
- Prepare TRP file for MOI submission
- Biometrics & card pickup support
Who qualifies?
Eligible relationships
Spouse, registered partner, dependent child, and in some cases dependent parents or relatives. Rules differ slightly for Czech and non-EU sponsors compared with EU sponsors.
What you must show
Real relationship evidence, a shared household and intent, valid housing in CZ, and financial support where the route requires it.
